- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Customer service awful. I took back a 50th birthday present because the bracelet was too tight and the decorative ends of the bracelet were falling off. Was served by Manager, she was rude, off hand, told me I couldnt get refund. I actually didnt want a refund, I would have purchased something else as I like Pandora, will never set foot in this shop again .
